INTERIM MANAGEMENT

We can provide full time or part time interim management resources to fulfil requirements for organisations. This could be as a result of restructuring, part of a change process or just to provide a stop gap solution while recruitment is ongoing.

Resources are available for the following types of roles:

  1. Interim MD or general management for businesses seeking to put some blue chip thinking and structure into their organisation, and use the position to identify and drive change.
  2. Senior operations or manufacturing director roles, either single site or multisite, UK or overseas. We can supply resources to help formulate manufacturing strategies, introduce change and develop culture accordingly.
  3. Middle management in food or FMCG manufacturing in the north of England. Our team can work on implementing agreed change and structure/culture change as the figurehead for the shopfloor. Traditionally a weak link in manufacturing, a short intensive spell of driving standards and performance from an experienced middle manager can pay huge dividends.

We are not a recruitment agency – our services come from direct (or occasionally indirect) supply of trusted and experienced managers into suitable positions. Where supported directly, there are no agency fees to pay, and our rates depend on the length and intensity of engagement.
